In the Heavy Duty line by CMC Ventilazione, the Custom section originates from a unique project, specifically designed to meet the required needs. With a “custom made” approach, we define airflow rates, pressures, and installation profiles together; we select high-resistance materials – from AISI 314 stainless steel to epoxy coatings – and calibrate the motors according to the applications and/or environments, in full compliance with ATEX regulations.

MARINE

Compact in size but powerful in performance, it is designed to operate in extreme conditions and is resistant to salt corrosion.

Desert

Developed to operate safely and continuously even in the most demanding conditions: high temperatures, wide thermal excursions, and arid environments.

Our Research & Development department works side by side with you: it analyzes each operational context, develops dedicated case studies, and optimizes solutions perfectly aligned with your needs. Thanks to this continuous activity of experimentation and refinement, we are able to guarantee superior performance and fast response times, turning every challenge into an opportunity.

Before entering production, each CMC fan undergoes testing in our in-house wind tunnel, where we verify airflow and pressure in accordance with regulations. The data collected in real time is analyzed by the R&D team to optimize the design and certify compliance. This approach ensures reliable performance, reduces development times, and minimizes maintenance interventions.
