Smell out
Fume extraction systems must expel fumes and stale air potentially harmful to the health of the those present, and to the integrity of the facilities, equipment and the environment, in addition to reducing the risk of fire.
In particular, in the industrial and Ho.Re.Ca. sectors, involving large kitchens, extraction systems must be installed that are capable of controlling situations of risks, of expelling saturated hot air, and of improving visibility and the healthiness of the air present in the environment.
Among the systems most used for the management of fire fumes are centrifugal roof turrets, with vertical or horizontal ducts, and double inlet centrifugal and boxed transmission extractors. Our fume extraction fans are approved for operation at 400°C for 2 consecutive hours in the event of a fire, and 200°C in continuous operation.
