A new system: Filtration and Disinfection of Oil Mists

Our R&D department is always very attentive to the market needs and for 2023 we designed a new air unit for oily mists able to make healthier air for the workers and with energy saving.

Oil Filtration Box (OFB) is a static exhaust fan for filtration of air containing oil mists, micro-mists and smokes, generated from coolants (both emulsion or neat oil). It is designed to be mounted on the machine tools or integrated in existent equipment with numeric control CNC. There are 3 models in our range with air flow from 800 m3/h to 1600 m3/h.

The filtration, in according with Health regulations and wellbeing in production sites, is effective to 95% and could be more effective with the integrated technology of Photo Plasma UV-C lamp that sanitize air from oily mists until 99.95%, making an healthy and without contaminant workplace.
