CMC Ventilazione's presence at MCE Milano 2026 was a concrete demonstration of our technologies, solutions, and design philosophies tailored for both the HVAC industry and complex industrial applications.

Our booth offered visitors a chance to see beyond the products, understanding how CMC navigates industrial ventilation—blending adherence to established standards with the flexibility of custom-engineered solutions to meet the diverse requirements of various plant engineering environments.

Among the highlights of the exhibition, the solutions dedicated to the HVAC sector were featured alongside the Heavy Duty line, underscoring CMC Ventilazione's capability to operate in both traditional environments and highly complex industrial settings. Indeed, our centrifugal fans are engineered to manage substantial airflow rates and significant pressures.

These solutions are designed for continuous operation, even in the presence of high temperatures, dust, or particularly severe operating conditions. Alongside the standard range, a central role was also attributed to custom solutions, explicitly tailored to meet the specific requirements of each facility. Within the Heavy Duty line, designed to ensure resilience and operational continuity even in the most demanding applications, the SAIN 1000 was unveiled for the first time, developed in collaboration with Punker.

This is a single-inlet industrial centrifugal fan, characterized by an exceptionally robust structure and components with high mechanical resistance, engineered to ensure continuous operation even in harsh environments, such as those with high temperatures or the presence of corrosive agents.

The SAIN 1000 by CMC Ventilazione distinguishes itself through its remarkable flexibility: it can be configured with either direct or belt drive systems and offers numerous customization options to adapt to diverse plant engineering requirements.

Its high performance makes it ideal for complex industrial contexts with substantial airflow rates and significant pressures, without compromising on excellent energy efficiency.

Available options include ATEX configurations for potentially explosive atmospheres, high-protection motors, and various structural solutions, affirming a design approach aimed at maximum adaptability.

The unveiling of the SAIN 1000 at our booth during the exhibition represented our first direct engagement with the market, generating considerable interest and garnering invaluable feedback from industry technicians and professionals.
